The purpose of academic journals is to facilitate scholarly communication, filter for errors, and maintain the record of scientific advance.
Journals could serve worthier aims, however: they are needed by students, college teachers, and clinicians who would like to obtain reliable information but can not as easily separate the wheat from the chaff as active researchers.
Hence we would sincerely urge all the clinician’s, academicians to contribute towards the same in the format prescribed by the editorial board.
